A Bib Gourmand recognizes great quality food at a good value — the inspectors’ pick for a satisfying meal at a moderate price. In Las Vegas the 2026 honorees are China Poblano, Esther’s Kitchen and Yen Viet Kitchen.
For starred restaurants, yes — most release tables 30 to 60 days ahead. Bib Gourmand and Recommended restaurants are generally walk-in friendly.
Anonymous inspectors dine and pay like any other guest, judging quality of ingredients, mastery of technique, harmony of flavors, the chef's personality in the cuisine, and consistency over time.
